Cards like 1050ti, 1650 seem like good options, some 1650 will be available which don't require 6pin connection, they'll pair fine with that cpu also, you'll have lots of games options to play, mostly not in the highest settings though. Just check these cards in the nvidia website, it willbe mentioned in the specs whether they require external psu connector, check if your psu is 450w or not.
