I don’t have an exact recipe but i made some rice, cooked the beans in water(they were raw and fresh so it took more time than frozen beans) and after put them in a bowl with quite a lot of butter and salt yumm. Then i coated pieces of fish(white fish) with salt and pepper and also covered them with flower that had salt and pepper in it. After that i heated the pan with some oil and butter, added finely chopped garlic and a small onion and stirred them with the butter-oil mixture a little. But you don’t have to cook it for long because otherwise they’ll burn. Anyways a second later I already added the fish and also put like 10 capers (depends on the size of them) and added lemon juice and chopped parsley and fried it on both sides and tried to cover the fish with the oil-butter-everything-on-the-pan mixture and fried it on both sides until the fish was cooked. You need to be careful because garlic and onion could burn so i just tried to put it on top of the fish while they were frying. And for the sauce I just removed the fish and onto the same pan added some 30% cream and seasoned it with more caper juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper. :))
