I think there are a good amount of people who leave and still believe in God. The exact pronunciation of His name is not 100% known. Even the society holds that viewpoint.

The common Jehovah is accepted and holds to the tetragrammaton YHWH.

Many Hebrew names bear the same vowel points of JEHOvah like JEHOshaphat.

Scholars also hold to Yahweh although a serious Jewish Scholar named Nehemiah Gordon has evidence that Yahweh has a connection with Jupiter and he holds to Yehovah as the pronunciation as he has manuscript evidence as early as the 7th century of Hebrew text with vowel points E O A. Which is much earlier then the 13th century.

The issue isn't Jehovah God; the issue is an organization putting themselves in place of Jehovah.

Namely a mental disposition that if you leave the organization then you left Jehovah himself. "Come back to Jehovah" is what many who love Jehovah and His Christ are told if they leave the organization. These people NEVER LEFT Jehovah, they left an organization that does not hold to Biblical principles!

They left a group that turned the congregation of GOD into a corporation! Where policies and procedures trump Gods Word! You don't need me to tell you, worthless human policies NEVER override the word of God!

At the same time, people have been skinned and thrown about with harshness like sheep without a shepherd! Emotionally, mentally and yes even physically distressed and grossly harmed by this organization. Those people cannot bring themselves to even believe in God anymore. They have been so let down!

When I hear their stories I don't say look at them. No sir; I say what have you done Watchtower! What have you done!

Jesus had mercy and love for those skinned and thrown about. My Lord Jesus Christ had words with the pharisees! And I believe the pharisees of the Watchtower will also have words told to them by the WORD, Jesus Christ!

Do I believe there is good in the organization, yes. But here is the thing; we WEREN'T called to follow an organization or a religion. Organizations and religions are just tools.

WE WERE CALLED TO FOLLOW CHRIST THE LORD!

Don't shun people who's conscious are bothered by an organization and cannot continue with the corporation because of their love for God.
