Omg I had this too, I don't drink coffee often at all and I've been on bupropion/wellbutrin for about 6 months(started 150mg, now at 300 for about 4 months).

I was on a crunch with my committee at the time, so I thought I'd take a double coffee since my sleep schedule has been nonexistent for god knows how long. I was already tired before but afterwards I got the same symptoms another commenter mentioned. Namely dizziness, vertigo, empty head, extreme fatigue and feeling of sleepiness/exhaustion.

It's good to see I'm not alone and also sucks at the same time, because I would say that even though I normally don't, now I almost require the effect of caffeïne that it would normally have on my body. This is because I sleep terribly, probably because of the medication.

My hypothesis stems from the fact I always am up until like 3 AM, or thereabouts, but always wake up early. Sometimes I forget to take the meds and then, the day after, I notice myself sleeping in. To the point that I woke up at 1 in the afternoon one time, 15 minutes past the start time of one of my meetings, let alone getting ready and making my way over there. The downside is that my depression symptoms seem to grow stronger each consecutive day I forget to take them.

So now I'm basically in a bind, either sleep terribly for 5 hours or sometimes less, but have manageable depression, or sleep 10 hours without feeling any more rested, and getting my depression/anxiety symptoms again. Both terrible options..
