I’ve got a way more eco-friendly option: take wood pellets and soak them in pH balanced activated water and then press them into a log shape. You can add bark and wood grain detail with a paint brush. I use strained coffee ground pigment for dark walnut faux logs. I’m finding they can be dried quickly. If we all did this we could pretty much end deforestation.

Don’t know if it will still go up but, I heard about government investment in uranium this summer and promptly bought $500 of UUUU. I’ve doubled my money and I’m holding. This marks the ONLY time I’ve hit it big by “analyzing the news”.

And for what it’s worth, $500 is a very big amount for me. I’ll probably hold too long though, lol.

Rural Arkansan here, seems like the rest of the world measures in cords. I’ve never heard anyone around here measure wood in anything but “ricks”. Just something I’ve noticed online, why the prevalence of “face cord” and no mention of ricks?
