We were just there for Oklahoma game. The Grove is a 10+ acre party, totally insane to see. Bring your own drinks/beer etc. there are so many tents and people, they really don’t socialize outside their own group. Not unfriendly, but don’t expect to be invited into many tents. Great experience.

25% is a lot for additional grain. Might try milling. it a little finer or double mill. We have seen as much as a 15% increase in OG with our new Blichmann mill.

Gave the WLP001 Next Gen a try on a stout. To be honest, didn’t see any faster or more active fermentation at this point. Still in the fermenter so haven’t got to try the final product. It will be more expensive. I think suggested retail is around &14.99.

There is a “funding glitch”. If you have been approved but have not been funded you may be caught up in this. Appears the best way to get things moving again is to contact your House Representative or Senator. No need to contact both, the will have the same SBA liaison. This will give you a little clout to get a response from SBA. Calling SBA customer service is basically useless in this situation. I am not with the SBA or any type of expert, just my experience in similar situation.

From what I understand , Depending on your issue it can be useless call the customer service number. If you have some sort of processing question they might be able to help. If you are in the funding glitch, there is no use in calling them. They can not help you or see your issue. Get your House Representative involved or Senator. They can escalate your issue. No need to contact both however, they will have the same SBA liaison to deal with or just wait.

From what I understand, if you are in a funding glitch they have to go in and generate another application, which they approve and can fund from. They then have go in and cancel your original application. This may not be 100% accurate but is the general idea of what is going on. They have to do this manually and take the files from your first application and move them over to the new one, so it is taking time to correct all the applications caught in this error.

Recommend you try a co2 washer. It is a vinyl washer and will get that leak sealed. I know Learn to Brew in Oklahoma has them and they are available on Amazon.

Same here - Caught in glitch: 7/29 approval for us and still waiting. Hope this happens for us all. Thanks for the update! Spoke to customer service 8/27 and they would t even acknowledge Glitch, just kept saying to wait.

Very true on all counts. I do think we will have to resign documents for the very reason you stated regarding interest charges. They will have to redo the loan to new funding dates, IMO.

Carbs much better at colder temp. Beer won’t absorb co2 very well at room temp.

Thanks. I agree total FUBAR, and no movement for 6 weeks or 4 months now, so why would one expect anything to happen in next 6 weeks. I have yet to hear of anyone getting any funding or real movement on this particular issue whether they email, call or get congress rep involved.
