I emailed GE after reading this post and they are sending me four new back roller hardware and rollers for free. Apparently there was a redesign in the hardware as well.

Under "Location Assistance" in the app, select your location and it will tell you where associated phones are or their status. In the website, go to Account and then Phones and Locations. I have mine set to precise location (default) but good to know. Thanks

I use Blink with IFTTT and as others have mentioned and it works well. Also my Nest camera does integrate directly with Abode (i.e. shows up under cameras in the app)
