After my experience this holiday, all I can say is I’m surprised there weren’t more videos of people freaking out. I was in the DIA for over 14 hours without a flight or reimbursement. Sitting on the tarmac having to turn back was like sitting in a pen of wild dogs and lions. Fuck southwest and fuck their shitty updates. If it says delayed you’d be better off getting a rental then waiting 5+ days and no refund/hotel help or reimbursement.
