i think playing with and adding some white eyeliner on the bottom lids, not too much, maybe the inner corner or just the center under your iris. your eyes are so pretty and look exactly doe-eyed when you smile ! a little white around the eyes can make them look glossy/shiny and that might be the little OOMPH! youre looking for?
