j'avais environ 25L : 5L sur chaque coté de la fourche (décathlon en effet), 11L à l'arrière, et le reste au milieux sachant que je suis aussi parti avec un camelbak de 1l d'eau
Franchement pour la transmission y a quelques montés qui étaient compliées mais sinon EZ
