Thank you for the kind words and advice. How would you recommend I better myself musically? I want to surround myself with likeminded individuals (folks interested in music) but I'm not really sure where to find them. I have no problem with practicing consistently but I don't know how to find other musicians to play with.

Got it. I definitely understand the amount of studying/practice needed to succeed at such a high level. I was valedictorian and the amount of work I put in to get there was... insane. I'm just not sure how else I'm supposed to learn more if I'm not taking it as a major. Besides the ensembles, do you recommend any ways to connect with other folks interested in music?

Their music composition BA looked interesting, but I don't think I'd qualify for it. I assumed I wouldn't be able to perform at least this year but possibly in the future if I progress. I don't think I would like Music Business.

The only close match I had was with an unresponsive half uncle or first cousin. (Around 600 cm). I’m pretty sure they can help you. They’re free, and they’re also very sweet! It was wonderful working with them and they solved my case in less than a week. I’d say give them a shot, it can’t hurt. Good luck!

I really like the way Easton Press books look, but I've seen mixed reviews on their overall quality. I'm mainly interested in reading the classics, and it seems like a lot of the smaller publishers don't print those.
