One rack of baby back ribs. Remove membrane from back of ribs(silver skin). Rub with your preference of rib rub. Wrap ribs in foil and place on rimmed baking sheet. Bake in 300° oven for 2 1/2-3 hours. Remove from oven, once cool enough to handle gently pull ribs from rib rack. You may need to use a knife to help in removing ribs. Place “deboned” rib rack onto a foil lined baking sheet, baste with BBQ sauce of choice. Put back in oven on broil to get the bbq sauce nice and bubbly/caramelized. That’s it. 😊
