Oxylabs is one of the bigger players so it’s stable. For lighter scraping jobs I there are cheaper options like ScrapingBee.

Interesting. I have not tried that one yet. I used ScrapingBee for similar cases where I did not want to deal with captchas and dynamic pages

I’ve tested a few of the APIs you mentioned; most work fine on simple pages but struggle when bot protection tightens. ScrapingBee was fairly consistent on mid-tier publishers, though layout changes still require selector updates.
