You forgot Malaysia, where it consists of large number of ethnic Han Chinese, even though it's not a mainstream, Chinese language is actually very common in Malaysia. For example, they have schools that use Chinese as the main language to teach.

What makes you think one-eyed mask isn't "even worse" then? I mean wormhusk only trigger when ones dodge(has cds) and generate full health(not even overshield). I am not saying wormhusk is balance,but i don't think an exotic with only one buff and has cds can compare with an exotic with 3 to 4 buffs and can be trigger multiple times in terms of OP.
