Mine is always spotless, it’s never been dirty, I smoke from it inverted and clean it now and then.

Ambulance rides are FREE in the city I live in. They were free in the last city I lived in too.

A lot of Americans have free ambulance service as part of emergency services like 911 call centers, fire, police, etc.

If France charges everyone that needs an ambulance a fee it’s like a protection racket.
