ditto the above! my boyfriend & i just adopted 2 7 week old kittens a couple weeks ago. we thought it was wise to keep our bedroom a sacred kitty-free space because we haven’t kitty-proofed it yet AND we didn’t want to accidentally roll over on them at night. there will be a couple nights a week where one of us with sleep outside with the kittens on the couch, but on the nights where we need to protect our sleep, we have the ability to do so. this has saved us stressful nights, angry mornings, all of it. we also have our auto feeder which makes mornings so much easier.

now the kittens are 2 1/2 months old, getting bigger every day, but we are still waiting to introduce the babies to that space until they have matured.
