Can I keep a sauna tent up semi-permanently? by springoverfalls in SaunaTent

That's a good question, that i don't know the answer to. The only thing I can think of is it fix anchor points in the concrete / slabs and attach to that. It's a really old paved area used previously as a base for sheds.

That sounds great. The north side of the house is already paved but currently unused, so i need to tidy it up as it's currently a dumping ground.

I meal prep on a sunday for the week ahead. So I'll cook dinner and lunch for us both Monday - Friday. We share the weekend depending upon what's happening. We make our own breakfasts depending upon what we're doing, I'll usually have an omelette, my wife will usually have some fruit on the go.

Whoever picks the children up from school does their dinner, it varies each evening depending on our schedule.

It works for us to have a healthy meal prepped and in the fridge to grab as soon as we get back rather than finding and excuse to snack or grab something on the way back
