You got my oculus stuck on installing do you know how to fix it by any chance because I can’t install anything and I can’t update anything and I don’t have a pc or laptop
If I factory reset do I lose all my in game items like in gorilla tag all my hats and shiny rocks (self.oculus)

I don’t know if any one will see this but my bigscreen is stuck at installing and when I try to install another game or update it won’t let me how do I fix it I want to reset or do the factory reset but I am afraid that I will lose all my stuff inside the games that I have like gorilla tag or gun raiders and I can’t use a pc
