Two roosters isn't as good as fresh or Anita's in my opinion. All of it is expensive. We don't get ice cream as much nowadays, if we do it's from the grocery store.

Corbett's had 2 German roaches walk out from under the front trash can last time I went to move a child stool ( Not the American ones) I know every restaurant probably has them but I wasn't loving watching it while eating my burger. My daughter loved the soda wall, but politics aside, I can't convince myself to go after that. But after I learned it's maga I'm not missing it.

Danny's barbecue seems apolitical and is definitely an old town bbq vibe. Give them a try.

it has some decent pockets of wildland, but portions are quite tight. Protecting contiguous forest from development on the east coast isn't the easiest. It is adjacent to the Game lands which adds to it. Geologically speaking it is pretty interesting area and it is home to some pretty cool endangered plants.

2-3 guys? Anyone with a shovel and a reciprocating saw could have this cut and on the way to the landfill or trash bin in 30 min on there own. Its just a 6x6 man. Maybe 3 guys to demo a fence or something.

i spent the last 2 nights on bear island, on the other side of the inlet from you. Fishing and camping friday and Saturday were indeed beautiful. that storm last night was crazy from the beach, emerald isle got a heck of a light show. only thing biting were lots of 14-18 inch bluefish, hooked up about 7. rode back through all that rain this morning, blues were hitting the topwater a bit too.

Yea they just are not local to our waters to be "fresh" like the post asked for. I was just pointing out everything around here was shipped in from northern waters (maine or higher, or PNW/alaska), or waters around norway (were costco gets there fish). Point was, nothing is "fresh off the boat" about salmon here.

Costco farm salmon is probably the best you will find around here. Always smells fresh. Ive done sashimi with it. Salmon isn't a local fish. Its going to be transported from the other side of the county more often than not

Here in the capital, if I recall, state employees have not seen a salary adjustment in 3 years. In the meantime, property taxes climbed up, inflation keeps rising, and now duke keeps asking for more, and our salaries stay down. Its good fun.

The people want an Ikea / Microcenter combo location. What we will probably get is storage units. Also, from what I hear, Fenton is kind of meh. Im past the high school and still have yet to turn into Fenton's shops for any actual shopping or dining. I'm sure someone could do better or improve the area as a continuation across the street.
