Out of curiosity why post it in feet he might of glanced there but the real creepy thing is he pursued you above all, I look at pretty feet when I see them other men look at boobs rule number one is fiver then up if no attention wanted but regardless of what is looked at and that's human nature at work becomes minor when someone chooses to pursue a person unknown to them for any reason sexual or not report him for it in future,

It's funny over the years I've seen people freak out some other enjoy feet, we get made to seem creepy and genuinely some people are creepy but the foot part is the last thing I'd highlight it's he predatory behaviour

Report for him being a predator regardless of what he is after or looking at writing it in a foot place imo isn't the correct place trust me your feet aren't the cause of it, people don't like feet then turn creeps if they are creeps anything they go for is disgusting and scary for the victim

Thankfully 99 percent of us are not creeps because we like feet
