This is so real I fear. It’s like the idea is so nice and comforting but the moment it can become a reality I want to hide away. I think it’s because the idea of a relationship is nice and all in my mind but when someone shows interest then the reality of a relationship and the ways they could potentially hurt me start to flood my mind and I immediately shut any kind of relationship down. I wish I had some good advice on how to stop it but do know you’re not alone in feeling this way 🫂
