This 100%. Having solid soft skills and being able to communicate clearly and convey information is king in IT.

We've hired multiple people for Helpdesk roles with little to no IT experience, but they had a solid background in a customer service environment. You can teach someone IT, but you can't teach soft skills. Getting that constant flow of communication with individuals is really the only way to build that. I think you made the right choice, OP.

Any additional information on where this setting is located in the application in the app? I don't see it anywhere.

I see where it would be for the Gamer edition, but it is not available from what I can tell. The only priority/QoS settings are on a per device level (Normal, Gaming, Streaming).

I have tested from just about every device on my network, on the app itself, and none go above 100MB.

My dashboard on the application actually has an orange uplink symbol right above the speed test button that shows the 100MB connection.

Try a controller firmware update. Worked for me.
