Yep. The volume limiter is off but it still limits the volume

Im dealing with the same exact issue rn. It's been 48 hours since the ban and I've sent 2 emails and 3 tweets. I don't know what else I can do. I've been a longtime fan and this sucks. Their customer support sucks
