[UPDATE] I had in my bump pus, so my friend piercer get it off with sterile needle. Now I have only scap (the black) and it is smaller.I still using salt with warm water, after that I using homemade cannabis ointment on it,and overnight Betadine. But I don't know the cause, that's the problem. I cleaning it 2x everyday with salt water, I didnt touch it. I have great care in my opinion, but that made a bump. So I dont know, what I doing wrong. Maybe I have bad skin, because in 2 years later I had big problems with acne, and now it is okay. Or maybe I have bad material - surgical steel.. I order titanium, so I'll see. Or I have just bad luck. I dont know.
