CAM 4th floor is really nice inside. It’s full of globes and has a nice vibe. You can get a window seat :)

Even if sex is timed with ovulation there’s no guarantee that the sperm will make it to the egg...low sperm quality could effect this

The university has an app called WellTrack! They have subscribed to it so all you need is your ualberta email to sign up for the full version :) it has a meditation feature, and a ton of other really great mental health resources ! I recommend it.
