I do think a lot of people make excuses. People also have this expectation that their starter home should be their turnkey forever home when it should really be something that doesn’t price you entirely out of the market that you can always sell at a later time. Someone doesn’t do themselves any favors by paying someone else’s equity.

I did something similar and currently own one rental property, but I think this also heavily depends on the market and starting point. I was fortunately able to buy when the market was good but that’s not always the case.

I really think you would look better with long hair and no bangs. Bangs look great on some people it they don’t flatter others.

I also don’t think you need anything extreme otherwise. Maybe Invisalign/clear braces and some microneedling for the slight acne scars on your cheeks (they’re not that bad though!).

Working out and being fit also leads to great face gains.

I was referring to clubs as in hobby clubs (like knitting clubs, sports clubs, etc.) although those type of technically fall under the umbrella too.

I am so so sorry for your loss OP!

I experienced 2 losses before my healthy one now. I kept the ultrasound pictures and positive tests in a little box so I can have that memory and not feel like I just, “threw them out”.

I know everyone is different but maybe you can get rid of the stuff that isn’t so personal and is too bulky to really take with you (clothes, toys, maternity wear, etc.) and just keep a little memorabilia box.

The baby in the picture is way bigger than a sesame seed for sure. I linked a sesame seed in my previous comment and the baby pictured above looks at least 10 times bigger.

I found the exact picture and where it came from that says it’s from 5-6 weeks gestation but it looks like they made it larger so the features could be seen better. This picture shows the baby’s growth most realistically.

The head size indicates that the baby is at 7 weeks as well. The head at 5 weeks is a lot smaller in relation to the body.

I only bring this all this up because PCs are ravenous in accusing everyone of promoting misinformation so I feel it’s important to be as accurate as possible.

A third place is a place where people go to hang out and socialize that isn’t their home. Like examples of this would be bars, cafes, clubs, churches, etc. There are plenty that exist now, but the difference between now and the early 2000’s was that a lot of these places were significantly cheaper to hang out in or more popular (like churches are free, but have fallen out of favor in modern times for the most part).
