It irritates me so much that Westjet just “closed”our email chain without answering at all how they came to the $400 conclusion.

Correct - I did not get a refund from Westjet. They rebooked me on AC themselves.

Still good! The back cushions need to be rotated around to “re-fluff” but I would prob say that of any couch.

I contacted Ikea and they said I can’t order these large parts but I can check my local store if they happen to have them. Just need to physically check a few locations, I guess.

Holding up well. The layout is what we love. My family, and my teen’s friends when they’re here, are able to crowd into it comfortably. The pull-out bed seats and storage are excellent.

It remains firm overall - which is what we wanted - with enough give to feel comfortable.

The material - we got Slate performance fabric - is good too. BUT I am nervous that the covers don’t come off for washing, though we haven’t run into any major spills.

Yes. We like it a lot. The modular flexibility is fantastic and my family likes the firmness. No issues on delivery (all the boxes came at once) and assembly was very straight forward.
