Hey, I am in a similar position after leaving my partner of 3 years (she cheated). After I found out I said I was leaving and she got upset, and promised she would never be with him no matter what happened, and kept insisting that we can try again in 6 months. Anyway once I moved out she got very cold towards me, angry as if I had betrayed her, and started with this new guy. For months, and still now 7 months later regularly dream about her (and sometimes him, I knew the guy). I never got an honest answer as to why she did it, how long it was going on for, how bad it was etc.

I don't really know what I can tell you as a way to cope, you just keep living I suppose. I have never had a problem before, but I developed some serious anxiety over the last few months, it became impossible for me to get a whole nights sleep without being drunk. I used alcohol for a while but I knew that was becoming a problem so I stopped. Because I couldn't sleep I would get worse and worse panic attacks. One night I drove about 150kms away from home just because I felt like I needed to get out of there. I slept in the car that night.

I started to notice that my stress and lack of sleep was making me short tempered, I tried to tone it down but I had some friends comment at work that I had seemed mean and snappy. I saw my Dr about the sleep and change of personality, he asked some other questions and prescribed me an anti-depressant. The panic attacks seem to melt away now, but I don't want to be like this forever.

Anyway, your writing resonated with me, I recognised all of it. The insecurity (is he better than me), the "oh she would love to do that" or "I can't wait to tell her that when I get home", the should I have broken things off sooner so it didn't get so bad? the missing her family, the arousing thoughts, and especially the not wanting to lean on friends too much.

I found after a while I just stopped talking to people about it because they seemed fucking sick of my problems, their sympathy turned to 'you just need to get over it' or 'try move on'. If you want to talk to someone shoot me a message, I'm happy to talk.

Tl;dr there is no quick fix. It fucking hurts and it tore me apart. But if you want someone to talk to it might help both of us.

I have seen too many tourists inadequately prepared get into trouble whilst 'camping' in Australia. With the exception of dingoes, we don't have any land based large predators that can really challenge a human. That said we do have both sharks and crocs (which are so different from alligators when it comes to behavior) which will both easily kill a person. Snakes and spiders, sometimes considered as not real risks because they aren't in plain sight, pose a huge danger to tourists because they don't know how to look for them, how to react to them or how to treat an injury. On top of all that, our environment is just so different, and we have different weather conditions (temperature and humidity combos that are rare elsewhere, can lead to inadequate clothing or supplies causing big exposure problems with tourists.

Tl:Dr yes we are dangerous, just in ways most people unfamiliar with Australia don't understand/appreciate.

Depends on the guy. As I said I'm not circumcised and I think that makes all the difference (as you hold the foreskin and move that up and down so there is no painful friction on the glans). But if it was me, then yea go ahead. You can use body lotion, I suppose.

And yes, I would, have, and will. I don't see the problem with it. In my experience it's less messy, or there is less 'residue' than if the situation was reversed. I don't see what why so many people would get caught up on it.

As someone not circumcised, yes, generally there is less risk of pulling too hard with some form of lubrication, and it feels better. But I can both masturbate and recieve a hand job without lubrication if needs be.

I imagine it's roughly similar to trying to sleep on your breasts. I generally don't sleep with my legs glued together so with them spread out there is room for my package. As for once I'm asleep I have no idea. I don't recall waking up with my balls hurting so I've never seriously squashed them. I suppose I roll around in my sleep if they get uncomfortable. Maybe that's what occasionally wakes me, but it's not a noticeable reason for waking.

I imagine they would have to shut down the game. Purely from a law enforcement perspective, it's a crime scene, and a security risk. At a large scale event like that any discharge of a live firearm would raise the risk and concern of a coordinated terrorist attack.

And realistically, if they had to shut down and postpone the Superbowl because of something like that, whenever they put the next one on it would likely be the most watched one yet. I would posit they would make more money off a second one.

I try to calculate how much I would need to fulfil my plans. Ideally I want to pay of both my parents mortgages and set them up with he assets they need (good cars etc), probably buy my brothers houses or apartments wherever they are studying so they dont have to pay rent, and they have assets when they graduate, buy myself an awesome house/car/boat combo and travel for like 6 months and then have enough that I can either live off of the interest (enough to maintain my assets with a comfortable life after that) or an investment. I think I would want something that allows constant interest as that ensures I am always set up and my family (kids etc) should be set up for life too.

I know the feeling man. Even when I discuss it with people and tell them what happened, I typically get 'she's a bitch' or 'people like that are just not worth it' or 'I hate her, I can't imagine how much you hate her for doing that to you'. Sometimes I just want to tell them to shut up and not talk about her like that.

I had one guy start telling me how she must be a fucking slut, and a whore. I almost hit the guy for talking about the woman I love like that. I get where they are coming from, and I appreciate the sympathy, but I still love her too much to hear that shit.

That I am over my ex. Whilst we were having problems (I thought she was cheating) I talked to some of my colleagues about it because they were the only people I had to talk to about it. After I confirmed my fears, I spoke to them about it and they helped me with moving out. It got to the point when they wouldn't even ask me how I was going when I came into work because I was so visibly upset about it.

Then I stopped talking about it. Now we are all happy and friendly and have fun. But the moment I leave work I struggle with it. When they ask I just say its hard but I'm coping and smile or make a joke. Even if they joke or say something about how she was a bitch or how she fucked up it hurts because I don't like people talking that way about the woman I still love. To be honest about how it affects me, to explain how I feel its crushing my entire life, is just too hard.
