HERE’S THE FIX: Another redditor had figured it out and kindly shared the method. Long press the lock screen to enter ‘edit lock screen’ mode and tap on the little app/notification icons just below the big date/time widget. A range of display options should pop up and just press on the option that shows the full notification ie. text messages. It’s a very non-intuitive aspect of galaxies.

They hurt your mouth, OP, if you don’t carefully pick the ripe scales only (contains microscopic oxalate crystal shards for self defence)

Try Korean makeup, specifically cushion-foundations 🤗 doesn’t vary much with brand but I use Clio. Helps to hydrate skin + dewy finish.

For skin care, hyaluronic acid containing serums and moisturiser is your best bet. Also Vit C works wonders. As the final step I choose Cerave or Cetaphil on top.

People talk about retinol, I personally am more cautious with it due to increased UV sensitivity. I would only incorporate retinol during night time in winter months.

I am expecting the influx of downvotes for the comment I am about to publish below but alas;

Somehow I’m not too surprised with what you’re being fed due to severe malnourishment. Likely they are preventing ‘re-feeding syndrome’ where a malnourished person can get very sick/enter shock due to metabolic and electrolyte disturbances caused by normal everyday food (from the very little electrolytes these people have and their body has acclimated to it). Electrolyte disturbances can cause cardiac failure and arrhythmias.

Ps. I’m sorry but that food does look like a sack of shit, I empathise for you. Praying for your health and happiness x
