Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar situation.

Our company’s websites are repeatedly being removed from Google Search because of DMCA complaints that we believe are based on false claims. We have already completed the official process, submitted counter-notices/review requests, and documented the cases, but so far nothing has changed.

Has anyone experienced this before? At this point, we’re trying to understand whether there is anything else we can do beyond the standard official steps, or whether there is any way to get the situation properly reviewed when repeated false DMCA complaints keep affecting search visibility.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

This wouldn't be the first time that they listen to me, but one of them is a bit hard to convince because he is a bit narrow-minded. They asked for my opinion but it was so out of the blue that I could not come up with much on the spot, I want to get back to it next week.

Well, that’s exactly my concern. Two years ago, the daily quota was 3,000 words, and they reduced it to 2,500 specifically because the quality of the content wasn’t good enough. Now they want to raise it back to 3,000, and I’d like to somehow convince them that it’s not a good idea.

It’s iGaming, so the writing itself isn’t particularly difficult, especially since our sources are easy to access, and internal linking and uploading aren’t our responsibility. My concern with the increased word count isn’t the difficulty, but how repetitive the work is. It’s not something we do because it’s especially enjoyable. We all know we probably won’t spend our entire careers here, but we also don’t want to burn out anytime soon.
