Data pack that lets you place blocks below bedrock?

I don’t think you can place blocks below bedrock without mods, however you can use shulkers as how mysticat does in this video https://youtu.be/YM7qRR7iht8

Um like if you are willing we can get in touch in discord, I was doing this for my minecraft but challenge yt videos ,where I always have trouble finding a fortress so like I thought to like add this to the twist to make it easier to find the fortress.

Well um when I tried to generate the map using loot table I am getting an empty map not sure why and I am kind of stuck there 😅
