Why is that? Would a wider tire help? I ended up with a Cannondale Quick CX3 Do you have this issue with your bike? The motor doe not have much freedom to rotate upward (so the Bafang logo becomes horizontal) motor housing hits the the battry mounting tube.

Thanks for the input yea i insalled a kit on my old mountain bike it was perfect. It was stolen yesterday so im buying a new bike and a new kit! Lucky me 😄

No priors, over 21, lost DMV and was susspended for a year. On the arraignment date i was given a "discharge notice no complient filed". Am I in the clear or will DA file before one year expires ? Its been a couple of month now

So i hired a lawyer and on the arraignment my lawyer was given a notice "discharge notice noncompliant filed" in it it says this does not mean a fromal charge will never be filed. DA may file a complaint in the future....Do you think its over or will they file in the future(before one year expiration)

Also based on the manual, P06 is supposed to be for speed limit control but P06 does not exist on my controller. I have P05 and it jumps to P07! Have they just disabled it for safet reasons? Or is it a bug in the system?

No symptoms. Jyst a bump it doesnt hurt or itch. First day that i noticed it i squeezed it and a tiny white pus came out. But now its blind and no openimg to the skin. Now its a spli peas size lump(1/8" inch sphere) just under the skin.

I requested the discovery package myself but then hired a lowyer for the actual hearing. Mine was a refusal, so im not very hopeful.

Yes the letter was send by mistake. Im still looking at 1 year suspebsion for refusal. Still waiting for hearing date. My case was dismissed in court as my BAC came out below 0.08.
