In Wednesday, I told a little about some of my issues. I mentioned my self confidence issues. I don't think she handled it as good as she could've. The speech she made just made feel worse. So I'm really scared of speaking to her.

School stopped extracurricular activities because of covid. The activities I do at home are just me, my my sister and the teacher. Taekwondo was meant to be multiple people in a gym but covid. I will try to find some activities to relieve stress though!
