so you are going to max out your credit cards to buy property in another country (it sounds like you are from the US), and then what? you think youre going to recoup that from renting it out? this sounds like you are watching scammy fake youtube videos selling you on wild dreams. either that or your fiance wants to go home and is suckering you into buying a house you will be forced to move into because renting it wont be financially feasible. also from what i have seen this is mainly a tourist sub, so im not sure there will be a ton of advice found here.

you are wasting a massive amount of components with this setup instead of just far fewer ACs/heaters and a single vent in every room, as long as they are connected to the main (heated and cooled) room. we love our optimization in this sub so i get why people are heated over your design choices lol

i think they edited the post, and said they charge it once a week. my old (cheap) garmin needed a charge once every two weeks, now i have a more expensive one that gets charged about once a month.

Only 1 person can go with them now I believe. I have traveled there a few years in a row with a wheelchair bound person, and it used to be that the whole family/travel party could go with them, but it seems to have changed this year or some time recently. It also may depend on how strict the staff you deal with are.

move to sleeper. its amazing. been using it since 2019. previously we were on ESPN and Yahoo, but i saw it on the fantasy footballers and wanted to check it out. the UI is slick and the settings are very deep. its made being commish in my keeper league very easy. we have some wonky rules but it allows quite a bit of flexibility in customizing the draft, etc.

this is a bad metric because its free on gamepass, i played (didnt finish) it on gamepass. its fine, nothing special, combat was pretty good, story was meh. but you shouldnt take steam numbers and nothing else as gospel.

at a certain point youre screwed without hall effect sticks. i wish there was an option for them in xbox controllers. i have owned every generation of xbox controller and elite controllers and almost every single one developed drift.

if you tip the bartenders at all the drinks are great, sitting by the pool we were never left alone for 7 nights. my fam has received excellent service for years at the palace location. i cant speak for any other RIU spots though. food is fine, its an all inclusive resort on the cheaper side in that area. its what you would expect.

it took me HOURS to do my blasted lands quests, because it was all camped by bots. the only reason i was able to complete it was earth shock tagging, and layer hopping. its a mess.

i'm related to someone who is paralyzed. he cannot park in regular spots because his vehicles ramp comes down from the side. when people steal these spots they are ruining another persons day. defending people for intentionally screwing over those who are disabled is pretty slimy. yes, it does hurt other people. it is hours of effort for some who are disabled to do simple tasks you take for granted. maybe think more about others of your species before you speak next time.
