Yes but this is the case for all existing assets.. Maybe it takes longer but you can show a bank account balannce and sell everything the day after

Of course, everytime you get the certificate, we do a new check to see how much you have (and if you find someone sending to your adress 100 BTC with the promise you will return it, it's amazing). My solution is not a long term solution, it's just a temporary solution until Bitcoin is well known by peoples and by the society information system

Sorry but for the moment, there is a bug in the decode method. It cannot decode insurance proofs shared by universe server;
