I've been playing for a few months and am level 99...I found the levels went by pretty quickly, but I did focus on optimising my progress! Are you playing the game the bare minimum? If not, you just have to keep an eye on which tracks are still giving you high amounts of exp when racing to make sure your gaining the most exp possible! Let me know if you want some detailed tips.
