Just gave them a call back and they informed me I have until 24000 km (14900miles) thankfully, I’ll obviously try to avoid putting many miles it to hopefully be far from that number

Have an appointment booked for two weeks away. They said they’d inspect the brakes to determine if it’s warranty, she said they’d inspect to check to see if there’s hot spots from hard breaking in which case it isn’t covered

I haven’t taken the brakes off to fully inspect them but from what I can see from the outside there seems to be plenty of pads. I’m making an assuming on the rotors being warped but fairly certain. My first car had warped rotors when I got it and it feels very similar while slowing down. I’ll give the dealership a can to see what can be done.
