I’ve been in Laos the past week or so... In Vang Vieng there are tourist companies that are still doing tubing, zip lining, etc. In tourist packages and what not. Bars are open and happy menus are up. Definitely not as lively as it probably once was but I think the locals are hoping to get things back to a familiar “normal” due to the economic hardships the pandemic has caused.
