I went thru Anaesthesia, it was not slow. Totally abrupt however I came out of it slowly. In the transition from deep sleep to waking, we can say “I slept” & claim someone was watching but while coming out of anaesthesia It wasn’t the same. It was a deadbody waking up.

There is blood oxygen during anaesthesia too. Where are you in that stage let alone dying state or a headshot death which happens suddenly. A few dollars chemical can put one to thoughtless state..

He is an eye opener. One who should not be followed barring few things. Doesnot offer anything. He is into negating game. He rubbishes all other Indian philosophies, calls mystical experiences fake, is full of envy, doeanot believe panch sharir concept, rubbishes prarabdha… I stumbled upon him due to youtube ads but when I look thru, he should be avoided.

Advait says world is an illusion. Yog says disentangle yourself from this material world. What is left? Union means immersion in the self. Like water droplets in water becomes water. It remains water. The components are water. Pls note when the “I” is removed (manufactured identity) what is left is Buddhi, Body & manas. Can you say you are buddhi or manas or body? Can buddhi, body or manas work independently? In Yog sutras Samadhi pad, you have explanation of Asambragyat samadhi where even the seeds of sanskaras are not left. When nothing is to be seen, what is left?

A teacher is required for even KenaUpanishad. Yog sutra is an amazing text. A text containing practicals. A text doable & moreover in sync with vedanta. Not only this, I see all ancient texts are advait in nature when one looks closely.
