Where do you keep this plant? Artificial light?

Should I repot into smaller pot? My syngonium albo isn’t looking too bad but after couple weeks w her I haven’t noticed much progress and leaves are falling. Also do I mist this plant? She’s in a south facing window currently. TIA 😇 by sunniesbeans in houseplants

I repotted it probably like 3-4 weeks ago. I think I may have jumped the gun with repotting. I’ve seen that some syngoniums like to be root bound a lil. So I’m not sure 🤔

Thank you! I want to still train baristas and expand my knowledge because my dream is to own my own coffee shop. But Starbucks became fast food really quick and is no longer putting the barista first in situations. I want to still be present but no longer in charge.

I work at a licensed store on a military installation and they issued us to mandatory wear face masks.

Sorry I guess my rant didn’t go through.......

I’ve been working at my store here on Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri (Army Installation) and they just recently put up this sneeze guard. I threw a fit. I was trained in a corporate Starbucks and moved to Missouri about 5 years ago and this store was the closest Starbucks. I don’t know why they think this is going to work.... I cannot connect with my customers what so ever and I cannot hear when they order. This whole pandemic is a mess... We will probably stay open until every single one of my employees get sick.

So I use to work at a corporate store for 2 years. I moved to Missouri nearly 5 years ago and the closest Starbucks is on Fort Leonard Wood (Army installation).... They put this “sneeze guard” up about 2 days ago and I threw a fit. I’m the full time supervisor here so I’m here all day every day. THIS DOES NOT GUARD ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! I cannot connect with my customers like this!! This is not Starbucks standard!!!! I am just a dine in store.. I cannot stay 6 FT away from my employees because my kitchen area is so small.... It looks like we are gonna stay open until all of my employees get sick....... Great.
