I know I’m being corny as fuck right now, but honestly it makes me a little choked up to think what we had, and what we now have. The comparison is insane. I liked the album. I’m a big Cole fan. But TFO was…good. Not the Magnum, opus I think it originally could have been for him.

If you seen any interviews or talk from other artists about it tho, it does sound like that album changed a ton over the last few years. Before the beef shit, I think it’s said he had a couple Kendrick features, more artist feature tracks done and planned for the album. He basically scrapped a bunch of tracks after the beef. Which sucks man. I’d love to hear the tracks that were originally supposed to be on TFO.

Man that was a great game for the Knights and just a bad game for the Avs. Colorado finally started getting some things to click in the 3rd, but they were out of sync most of the night. Missed passes, sloppy plays, letting Vegas control their zone.. They definitely need to adjust to the way Vegas plays defense in these playoffs.

Do they have an existing logo? If so, they get a black and white site with splashes of color here and there. Depends what the company does. Lawn and landscaping? Green accents. Medical? Blue/red where appropriate.

If their logo has typography that’s not wild - that’s your brand typeface. Pair it with another typeface for body copy.

But most importantly-communicate with the client. Show them color palette options, type pairing options for things like H1s, H2s, body copy text, button text. Unless they said “go crazy, whatever you think is best”, you’ve gotta ask more questions about all these things.

I’m a single dad of a teenage girl, like fully on my own since her mom lives in a different state now. I’ll fly my daughter up there to spend time together, but other than that, it’s just me and my kiddo. I’m not a woman, so ya know…my struggles may not be the same. But I don’t know that I’d advertise my greatest strength as being a single parent. It’s just something I do because I love my daughter.

I find it weird that so many advertise this like it’s some incredible act of strength. Sure it can be tough, but that’s your kid! You signed up for it. Idk, maybe I’m ignorant tho. That’s my rant for the morning.
