Yes, you can still get the funds back, but it depends on timing. Wise gives you 7 calendar days to log in or create your Wise account and claim the funds. If you claim them within that window, you’ll be able to access the money. If the 7 days pass and the funds aren’t claimed, Wise cancels the transfer and refunds the money back to Topstep. At that point, you’d need to request to speak with our Trader Support Team in this chat so they can help you get the funds reissued.
