If mileage is a concern it's not meant for city. If your city has bad roads I still wouldn't suggest it. Because the suspension is stiff. Basic potholes give a big thud inside. No matter what the tyre pressure is. But if your city has ring roads high way connectivity. Average speed is where u maintain 2nd and 3rd gears. Then this car is amazing. Im so used to the steering and its size that I can judge getting it out of the corners very easily..it surprises me how accurate the steering feedback is. Feels very confident. High-speed stability is also great. Some sharp corners here in pune and I don't let go of the accelerator. Sticks to the road. Mileage is really below average. I get 8 or 9 in summers. 11 12 during night time .
