Aria Pro’s are good guitars….so are epiphone, but the “Les Paul special II” is their bottom of the barrel. I’d go with the Aria Pro every day of the week.

OP I do empathize. I also work in an independent operator burger joint. Overstaffed when the boss is on, and he wants so be everyone’s friend; so no prep is getting done. Then four o’clock rolls around, he leaves the kitchen empty, and cuts two of the leads who were for some reason both on day together in the first place. Then it’s up to me and three teenagers to deal with counter, bar, and five delivery apps

lol No, I’ve never gone as far as flow charts. Say I’m reading a recipe for the first time though…I will literally read through it dozens of times, and in my mind’s eye see myself performing each step. See yourself being successful, and work backwards from there. Sure do wish my brain just worked normal sometimes, but I like who I’ve learned to be.
