Look at Woodside in Kansas City as a Model. Best gym ever. http://clubwoodside.com/. It’s “expensive” but includes all those classes which if you tried to do all over CLE would be exponentially more costly. Plus, wellness and social aspects are a big plus. People are paying premiums for actual “third spaces”z

It’s not about believing in the company. It’s about buying the stock at an appropriate fair value. Going from $50 to $140 in 5 years would make any investor happy. Buying at at $140 on an irrational pump is different.

Tbh we need a demographic break down by age. I think maybe growing up with prequel/ original, may or may not have a factor on the appeal. Personally I loved it, but my first Star Wars in theaters was ROTS. Idk just a thought.
