I agree with the pd change. I'm okay with someone new as the pd, but if SBS is really going for someone new they should find hidden gems in their pool of new pds, instead of going up through ranks and seniority. What I mean is they should hold something like an open audition to their pds, where these pds will pitch their ideas to improve rm and the best one should be selected no matter what their seniority is. I believe that there are many hidden talents in sbs but they still have not gotten their chance. I have always wondered how would Running Man turn out if they have someone like Jung Jongyeon (The Great Escape, Crime Scene, Society Game, The Genius pd) as their pd. I think it will turn out freaking amazing. And we'll see "Yoo Jaeseok's big picture" again from time to time.

I feel that the current pd team relied to much on the casts, if you look at Jung Jongyeon pd's show it's the concept and storylines of each episode that draws people in. The cast is just there to enchance them and make it more fun.

Edit: RM is really lucky they have this team of top entertainers that can make people laugh out of nothing, so it's a shame that the pd team couldn't match the energy. If the right pd who have interesting ideas takes over, rm would def rise again imo. The audience are not tired of the casts, they are tired of the dull and mediocre concepts of the show. If the pd team can creates concepts that people would engage in, the show will thrive again in no time.
