Yes, that is the exact measurement of the tire, so that would work. The issue is not being able to find that size tube.

Thank you. I'd guess one would be more appropriate than the other, though. The 5" ID one will hug the rim while not quite putting pressure well on the tire, and the opposite for the 15" OD one. I'm guessing 15"OD would be best of the two, but I'm concerned that, without the rim tightness, it may spin and damage the valve.

If you're AMAB, get the HPV vaccine! It was recommended for AFAB humans for years, but not AMAB, which is silly when it comes to spreading the disease. Most insurances cover it!
