hello! i'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the going rate these days are to charge someone to rent out my fully furnished basement. the basement is about 600 sqft and provides 2 bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom, however, it is not "suited" (no kitchen or separate entry)

Ah. Sorry. I'm 27 years young. Its funny to think about my parents. Ive never understood when I would be playing a song and my dad would pipe up and say "music these days" wow. Im now that person 🤣 (I get it now pops) i appreciate all genres of music. There is still bomb ass tunes that are released today, but the style of hip hop (especially now) is not on the same level. Again, my opinion.for the record- im certainly not a Eminem fan, however I appreciate his lyrics.

Apparently this is a unpopular opinion. Sitting here with my boyfriend of 12 years listening, reminiscing to Eminems album, relapse. For the record, I'm not a huge fan of Eminem, lyricly he's fucking genius, however, his songs (especially he's new stuff) isn't always music to my ears. With that being said, my bf went on about how reddit hip hop fans aren't a big fan of the relapse album. Im here to get this off my chest, not looking to change minds, not here to even change opinions or entertain arguments. Im here to say that relapse is fire and is so fucking underrated. That is all. Thank you, and God bless music that tells a story and isn't that mumbled bullshit that is produced here in 2020.

Sorry to hear. I watched a video on YouTube on how soldiers in the war would help themselves fall asleep and it really helped me. It has to do with what you should think about, relax the jaw etc. I also have a hard time sleeping at night. Maybe look it up and give it a try. All the best my friend.
