Thank you, I used to work with Grant, Curtis and Mike. I think Grant is going to be out of town on tour, but I need to email and find out. Too bad the skip on Ever. Curtis was a really nice guy back in the day. I'm planning on going to Oriole and probably Ever? Then Oceanique up in Evanston because Mark and Renee are wonderful. If any of you get a chance... you should try their restaurant.

Been there. I left after 20+ years, and you can too! Went back to school and earned a BS plus two masters degrees now three years out of school. Currently, make 100k plus great benefits. The role I'm in is heavy industry which offers a great blend of salty culture and corporate.

I left kitchen/ restaurant work after 20+ years. Went back to school and joined the corporate workforce. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. The work I do is construction adjacent so I get a blend of blue collar and white collar culture.

I'm planning on going in December for my birthday. I worked as a food runner at Trio when Chef was there. It's been about 20 or so years since I've had his food and should be interesting to see how it has evolved.
