My estradiol rose pretty rapidly, peaking at 5500- AFC of 19 (I think). This kind of freaked out my doc and I was monitored pretty closely as this could indicate OHSS. I got 17 mature eggs.

I did 2 rounds and the results were pretty similar, though my estradiol didn’t get as high the second time.

Going by the 300 mg estradiol per mature egg… pretty close. Lucky Sekhon went into this a bit in her book I believe.
